Whatever it might be just do it, pushups, squats, running, situps, alternative bodyweight exercises, lifting weights, karate, tae kwon do, judo, jiu-jitsu, brazilian jiu jitsu, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, muay thai, kickboxing, body pump, body step, yoga, walking doesn't really matter just get off your ass and exercise.
