on my way

I have been dropping a lot of weight lately thanks to http://www.attsavage.com/. 2 hours of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (bjj) a day, kettlebells 4 x a week and yoga 3x a week.


Lowering my glycemic index by more of a vegetarian primal diet.


Summer is going to rock when I fit into all the old clothes.
