holding yourself accountable
Who holds you accountable? If you don't have a gym to go to or you do but don't listen to the coach. Then what can you do to make yourself lose the gut.
The answer is easy, weigh yourself 2x per day. Once in the morning and once at night. If you don't lose adjust things, more exercise, less calories, watch the glycemic index in the foods you eat.

on my way
I have been dropping a lot of weight lately thanks to http://www.attsavage.com/. 2 hours of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (bjj) a day, kettlebells 4 x a week and yoga 3x a week.
Lowering my glycemic index by more of a vegetarian primal diet.
Summer is going to rock when I fit into all the old clothes.

dropping weight
Eating healthy, losing weight, and training kick ass mixed martial arts at http://www.attsavage.com/. The programs are awesome, they have everything from kids mixed martial arts karate programs, muay thai, kick boxing, boxing, gracie jiu jitsu, brazilian jiu-jitsu.

out of the ditch
Over the sickness, went 2 rounds in 2 weeks. Stayed on track and didn't eat junk. Running raw (well almost) wife made vegan lasagna over the weekend, good stuff.
Still about 70 raw, up to about 95% vegan, can't seem to shake feta cheese for the salad.

feeling good
I can feel the raw food cleaning me out. I am not 100% there yet but when its not raw I am trying to make it vegan.
Right now I am about 70% raw and 90% vegan.
